Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The lucky draw is open to individuals who are 18 years old or above.
   • Participants must be citizens of Malaysia.
   • Employees, partners, and immediate family members of Asia Trade Exposition Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements:
   • To enter, participants must register through https://lu.ma/r7xvy7vu.
   • Each participant is allowed one entry.
   • Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
3. Duration:
   • The lucky draw will run from now until 10 March 2024, by 5 pm.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize:
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
   • Asia Trade Exposition Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place on a daily basis from 8 – 10 March 2024, at 12 pm, at Malaysia 50+ Expo – Setia City Convention Centre.
   • The winner will be notified by phone immediately after the draw.
   • If the winner cannot be contacted or refuses the prize, another winner will be selected.
   • The winner is required to collect the prize on 8 – 10 March 2024, at Malaysia 50+ Expo – Setia City Convention Centre.
6. Marketing & Publicity:
   • By participating, the winner agrees to participate in publicity and promotional activities.
7. Data Protection:
   • Personal information collected during the registration process will be used only for the purpose of the lucky draw and will be handled in accordance with Asia Trade Exposition Sdn Bhd’s privacy policy.
8. General Conditions:
   • Asia Trade Exposition Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw at any time.
   • Decisions of Asia Trade Exposition Sdn Bhd are final and binding.
   • Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
   • By participating in the “Register & Win” lucky draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
